General Return & Exchange Policy
7 - Day Refund Policy
All of our items are custom-made with the highest level of care. We have a 7-day no questions asked money back guarantee for all products. Day 1 begins the day the item arrives on your doorstep. Simply contact customer service at hello@chesterleo.com and your refund will be processed right away.
30 - Day Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy is a full 30 days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns on:
1) Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchange Process
Please contact us through our contact form, or via direct email at hello@chesterleo.com to initiate the returns & exchange process. We will mail you a package with pre-paid postage which may be used to mail back the defective item. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it for defects.
Upon approval, a replacement item will be sent through our normal production channels. Printing the item will last our normal timeline of 3 to 5 business days. Once your replacement item is printed, the replacement will be mailed to you via expedited shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges which are damaged or defective.
