General Return & Exchange PolicyAll of our items are custom-made with the highest level of care. Any product that is defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days after product is delivered to the customer.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept returns on:
1) Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns & Exchange Process
Please contact us through our contact form, or via direct email at email@example.com to initiate the returns & exchange process. We will mail you a package with pre-paid postage which may be used to mail back the defective item. Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it for defects.
Upon approval, a replacement item will be sent through our normal production channels. Printing the item will last our normal timeline of 3 to 5 business days. Once your replacement item is printed, the replacement will be mailed to you via expedited shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges which are not damaged or defective.
